Most of us have a tendency to feel unbalanced at some point in time. Balance can mean a lot of different things to different people, but overall, to be balanced is to be fulfilled equally in all of the important things in your life—whatever that is to you. Those could be family, partner, health, goals, dreams, etc.
When you’re off track or off balance, that’s when you don’t feel good about where you are, and things start to decline. In those times, it’s natural to crave a sense of freedom.
