That mission is at the core of each of the Southwestern Consulting businesses, which consist of Southwestern Coaching, Southwestern Speakers, and Southwestern Empowerment. This year has presented Southwestern Consulting, and the rest of the world, with some big business challenges, but it’s also come with some of the greatest rewards. Through perseverance and by having a long-term strategic growth plan, Southwestern Coaching has hit two important milestones. Since founding the coaching business in 2010, as of April 2020, the company has crossed over the $100 million revenue mark in its first 10 years of business.
Southwestern Family of Companies is no stranger to facing trials and tribulations over the course of its over 165-year history. Through wars, depressions, recessions, changes in the market, and uncontrollable world events, Southwestern has pushed through with triumph and success. The principles that have guided Southwestern since its founding are what guide Southwestern Coaching to break new records and keep focusing on what’s most important: helping our clients elevate both the practice and perception of sales. Another 2020 milestone is exceeding 15,000 coaching clients, who increase their personal income by an average of 25% through the company’s 1-on-1 coaching.

The company has already set its eyes on the next milestone, looking to help change more lives every single day. Since pivoting the business sales model to delivering virtual workshops, Southwestern Coaching has also turned to virtual training events for coaches. We have successfully brought on 20 new coaches, equipping them to become a certified coach entirely virtually. The New Coach Onboarding Training took place in April, May, and June exclusively online. The Regional Training, a destination training event for coaches, had to quickly move from taking place in Denver at the start of April to being held online. The twice-annual Team Leader Training event held in June mixed both in-person and online training, giving coaches a unique opportunity to learn online and bond with fellow Team Leaders.
