Chase Bridwell – Southwestern Insurance Group
Chase Bridwell started out selling books with Southwestern Advantage (SWA) as a freshman at the University of Georgia in 2013. After being a top first-year salesperson, he continued to achieve within SWA over the next three years. He continued to grow by becoming a top sales producer, team leader, and organization leader. Chase is now the top producer within Southwestern Insurance Group. He leads sales and business development and continues to push the envelope every day.
After leaving Southwestern Advantage, Chase spent two years developing his business skills. He took over operations and business development for his family’s home inspection business in Athens, GA. During that time, his contributions were the catalyst to significant growth.

Chase is the quintessential example of what it means to be a bookman. His experience from Southwestern Advantage fortified his strength of character and the work ethic needed to build a successful business. The Southwestern Family of Companies is lucky to have him back, building a business that will serve thousands of clients and be a great home for many other Southwestern Advantage Alumni.
Craig Herd – SBR Consulting
Craig Herd is a Sales Performance Consultant with SBR Consulting, where he will be based in Scotland. He aims to elevate the practice and perception of sales within individuals and organizations and, as a result, create increased revenue, enhanced professionalism, and intelligent activity.
Craig sold for four summers with Southwestern Advantage from 2008 through 2011. He received some notable awards, such as the Southwestern Gold Seal Gold Award (2008, 2010, and 2011) and the Southwestern Triple Crown Award (2011).
Having recently joined SBR Consulting in January of this year, he brings the experience that he acquired over the last few years working in B2B sales and sales training/consulting with two other companies in the UK.

Aaron Barker – Southwestern Coaching
Aaron Barker began his Southwestern journey in 2004. He sold books for Southwestern Advantage (SWA) for four summers. He continued honing his sales skills in a variety of sales careers after SWA and after graduating from Ohio University. Most recently, Aaron was in HVAC sales and in a leadership role for three and a half years before joining Southwestern Coaching in October 2019.

We stayed in touch for a while, and then he became a coaching client and fell in love with the work we are doing at SWC.
