Of course we are going to have a summer, but it will be a different kind of summer. We are focused not on going back to normal, but on moving forward to something better. We have started down this path by updating our sales scripts and methodologies to meet the needs of our sales leaders who are now recruiting and selling virtually. This year, our Great Recruiters Seminar II and Sales School are live virtual training events. We’ve implemented daily Zoom management meetings to allow for increased engagement with our sales team.
