Southwestern Real Estate is excited to announce that Southwestern Bienes Raíces is now open for business in Monterrey, Mexico.  

The new office is led by Jose “Pepe” Eduardo Ramirez, who sold with Southwestern Advantage for three summers and recruited full-time in Texas. Pepe decided to learn how to sell real estate and begin his career in one of the most stable and affluent cities in Mexico. When his good friend Marivel Garcia started working with Southwestern Real Estate in our Dallas office, she and Pepe approached Pat Roach, President of Southwestern Real Estate, about starting an office in Monterrey. “Pepe’s heart is to build something that feels like Southwestern,” said Pat Roach, “he was looking for the inspiration, support, and comradery that we all appreciate at the Family of Companies.”  

Today, we are open for business and so excited to have a new opportunity for other Southwestern Advantage alumni who are in Mexico and would love a career in real estate. We are positioned to be on the front line of transforming a currently unregulated industry to the highest professional standards.
