Grant Greder – Southwestern Real Estate
To date, Grant Greder is the #1 producer with Southwestern Real Estate in 2020. Grant started selling educational systems with Southwestern Advantage from 1991 to 2000 and continued to work as a Sales Manager for another 17 years building and leading the F.O.R.C.E. organization.
“When I heard that Grant Greder was interested in a career in real estate, I jumped at the opportunity to talk with him. With his 27 years at Southwestern Advantage, I knew whatever he did next had a high chance for success. We didn’t have an office in Nebraska, but when rare talent makes itself available, you find a way to make that a reality. Once we figured out how to establish the office, Grant and I worked one-on-one through lots of Zoom calls and other corporate training to get his business off the ground. To no one’s surprise, Grant was Rookie of the Year at Southwestern Real Estate, and after two months of 2020, he leads all salespeople company wide.”
– Pat Roach, President of Southwestern Real Estate
Grant is another great example of how the skills we develop at Southwestern Advantage are transferable to building a top-tier real estate business. Just like he did at Southwestern Advantage, Grant is now poised to help others in Nebraska build great careers in real estate by following the path he has run.
