Henry Bedford discovered Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) through watching its TED video online. LiNK is a global movement working with the North Korean people to achieve liberty. They help North Korean refugees escape through 3,000 miles of secret rescue routes to safety and freedom. Together, LiNK works to change the narrative by bringing more focus to the North Korean people and empowering a new generation of storytellers, leaders, and advocates.

An important part of Southwestern’s mission is to give back. Since 2015, employees and independent representatives of Southwestern Family of Companies have personally contributed $357,736 toward the organization. This is equivalent to rescuing 119 North Korean Refugees and LiNK recently hit an incredible milestone of 1,000 rescues, in which the Southwestern Family of Companies played a significant role.
