We are pleased to announce that Dave Brown and Ron Alford have been promoted to Vice President of Recruiting for Southwestern Coaching, a division of Southwestern Consulting. In their roles, they will be responsible for creating and overseeing the daily recruiting activity of the company. They are also Senior Partners with Southwestern Consulting.
In the history of Southwestern Coaching, there are only two people, Dave and Ron, who have earned the prestigious Trifecta Award for leadership through personal top-level sales, recruiting, and team production.
Ron Alford has been with Southwestern Family of Companies for 20 years – six of those years with Southwestern Consulting. Whether speaking, coaching, selling, or leading, Ron’s all-in approach has resulted in incredible results for his sales, team, and clients. Ron is the co-author of the upcoming book Redefining Possible: Proven Strategies to Break Belief Barriers and Create Your New Normal. He currently holds Coaching sales records for personally generating the most lives changed (new clients) and the highest revenue. Ron lives in Seattle, WA with his wife Desiree and their three children, Van, P.K. and Hartley.
Dave Brown has been with the Southwestern Family of Companies for 19 years – 13 of those years with Southwestern Consulting. With his vast sales experience and dedication to being a sales practitioner, Dave is a leading expert in prospecting and overcoming call reluctance. With Southwestern Consulting, he earned the Extrallence Award in 2015 for contributing extra excellent work and going above and beyond his normal job function to help the company succeed. Dave lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, Emmie Brown (Southwestern Consulting Senior Partner) and their two children, Dawson and Cadence.
