JOB SUMMARY

The Guest Experience Associate welcomes visitors and guests in a positive, courteous, professional, and pleasant manner.  This position will demonstrate a high level of service and inspire others to do the same.  The Guest Experience Associate will build and maintain strong relationships with team members and tenants.  This position assists with updating the Company Directory as well as maintaining accurate records of daily visitors. The Guest Experience Associate focuses on maintaining a welcoming but secure atmosphere for team members, tenants and visitors.  This position will diligently assist the General Services team in various facility tasks, as needed.  The Guest Experience Associate reports to the General Services Manager and provides excellent service to team members and external customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES     

  • Welcome all guests and visitors in a genuine and engaging manner. Provide a positive, courteous, attentive and professional greeting.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct the call to the appropriate person or department
  • Process access control security badge requests, keeping up to date records of all security access fobs and generate security reports, as needed
  • Notify General Services team of facility issues, cleaning requests, and security issues
  • Conduct period inspections of the building restrooms to ensure they are properly stocked
  • Update and maintain the Company Directory and accurate visitor logs
  • Order or maintain building supply inventory
  • Review and assign General Services requests in the work order system
  • Notify team members and tenants when visitors arrive
  • Adjust facility temperature requests with HVAC building automation system
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming Atrium area and watering plants, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer satisfaction and organizational skills
  • Able to maintain a pleasant and professional attitude with team members and all visitors
  • Able to be flexible and calm during high visitor traffic
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic
