Named after J. Fred Landers, Southwestern Advantage’s 26th Annual “Freddies” Awards brought together first-year SWA participants, current students, alumni, parents, host families and leaders from around SWFC, in a celebration of excellence, collaboration and the enduring impact of the Southwestern Advantage internship program.

This year, top sales honors went to Pavel Fedorenko (Experienced), Sindija Loze (Experienced Honorary), Jacob Goodkind (First Year), Erica Lande (First Year Honorary) and Caden Cook (Top B Leader).

The Top Campus worldwide went again to TalTech, and top teams were “The Hooligans”, led by Luke Larkin (In-School) and “Winged+”, led by Ranol Kasevali (Full-Time). The prestigious Student Excellence Award was given to Thai Tran of the Highlanders team.

Southwestern Real Estate
Southwestern Real Estate recently held their 2025 Kickoff and Awards, Jan. 20 at Darfons Restaurant in Nashville.
Awards were given out for Rookie of The Year – Katie Lizana (Florida) and Breakout Agent of the Year – Alex Peterson (Illinois).

The State of the Union Award went to Florida for the third consecutive win, and the Cliff Young Club award went to Nick Sproul of Florida and Pat Roach of Illinois.
The prestigious Founder’s Vision Award, voted on by peers, went to David Schwartzberg of Florida, and the Excellence Award to Rodrigo Povoa of Florida.

SW Real Estate also recognized Top 10 Producers (1) Pat Roach, (2) Nick Sproul, (3) Mark Fuller, (4) Sarah Goss, (5) Jessica DeVries, (6) Phil Zuehlke, (7) Josh Simmons, (8) Alex Peterson, (9) Rodrigo Povoa and (10) David Schwartzberg.

SBR Consulting
SBR Consulting recently held its 2025 kickoff and awards ceremony on Jan. 24, in Prague, Czech Republic. Several awards were given out, recognizing outstanding achievements among SBR team members in the previous year.
The Delivery Award, for the highest rated consultant delivery (as voted by the delegates in the form of an NPS score), went to Lora Chakardakov. The Sales Target Attainment Award, for the person who achieved the most in relation to their personal sales target, was awarded to Jonny Adams. Adams also won the Value Champion Award (as voted by the SBR team for someone who exhibits the most values of the business throughout the year), as well as the honor of MVP, awarded for overall contribution.

The Sales Growth Award for the biggest growth in sales over previous year went to Libor Volek. Sarah Howard received the Support Team Person of the Year Award, and the prestigious SBR Consultant of the Year Award went to Jason Walkingshaw.

ThinkingAhead Executive Search

ThinkingAhead recently held their 2025 Winter Compass and award ceremony at The Graduate Hotel on Jan. 24, with the theme of “Why Not Me?” The evening began with a cocktail hour, then emcee Hans Schlegel kicked off the night with a special lip-dubbed performance of “The Greatest Show” from The Greatest Showman. Between awards recognitions, Schlegel and ThinkingAhead partner Jonathan McIntosh pulled the names of five raffle winners, in addition to announcing the 2026 President’s Club Trip to Porto, Portugal.

Awards began with the Personal Growth, Leadership and Horizon Awards:

Southwestern Consulting recently held it’s 11th annual Spencer Awards as well as the Southwestern Student Coaching Awards on Jan. 30, at 1 Hotel in Nashville. The awards were emceed by SWC Director of Operations Sarah Hodges, with a “Wicked” musical “over the rainbow” theme.
