Any team member of Southwestern Family of Companies can apply for assistance for themselves or for someone in their immediate family who has a crisis in their lives. Annual Gift of Giving Campaigns are held to Inspire team members to support each other in a time of need.

Along with paid time off and paid holidays, Southwestern encourages team members to become involved in their community and communities around the world by offering 5 days annually of paid volunteer days. Volunteerism in programs that positively Impact the world resulting in improved quality of life within these communities is valued and supported.
