ABOUT THE POSITION
The Sales Support Professional organizes, plans and provides materials for events such as Sales Schools and Incentive Trips in collaboration with Organizational Leaders and District Sales Leaders. This position registers students, runs various reports, and prepares supplies for Organizational Leaders and District Sales Leaders. The Sales Support Professional also monitors account balances, completes data entry and scans various documents. This position reports to the Director of Administration and updates annual student database changes, updates academic calendars, collaborates with Southwestern Travel Group and processes event invoices. The Sales Support Professional provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, plan and provide materials for events such as Sales Schools and Incentive Trips in collaboration with Organizational Leaders and District Sales Leaders
- Coordinate and communicate event details with Student Leaders and District Sales Leaders
- Coordinate all group activities and workload within Director Group
- Set up digital Sales School notebook and maintain throughout the summer
- Register students, run various reports, and prepare supplies for Organizational Leaders and District Sales Leaders
- Verify Crew List with District Sales Leaders
- Monitor account balances on a regular basis. Communicate Early Leavers and No Shows to the Sales Leaders.
- Responsible for data entry and scanning various documents to the Legal drive
- Set up digital contract notebook and maintain during each week of recruiting
- Process annual student database changes for new hierarchy
- Track and update academic calendars for relevant universities, including spring break schedules
- Maintain First Year onboarding kits
- Prepare active files for upcoming year and discard inactive files
- Process Early Leavers
- Transcribe letters dictated by Sales Managers and schedule video and conference calls
- File insurance claims
- Guide District Sales Leaders on accessing, viewing, and interpreting reports
- Coordinate the workload and assist with training for new employees
- Analyze reports to identify award recipients
- Collaborate with Southwestern Travel Group to coordinate travel and venue details
- Process event invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma/GED with 1 year of experience
- Southwestern Advantage experience is a plus
- Must be able to promote a healthy image for Southwestern Advantage sales force by maintaining a professional attitude and a positive working relationship with students, parents, and fellow employees throughout the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
