Southwestern Real Estate exists to challenge the status quo of the residential real estate industry.  Through developing market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and managing the drama of real estate transactions, our agents build a successful referral-based network of loyal clients.  We work to make the home buying and selling process understandable and predictable, helping client’s transition smoothly into their next home. Each Southwestern agent is a key member of a close-knit team who wants to see each other succeed.  Implementing the skills and principles of the Southwestern Advantage program, we understand the marketplace is best served with agents who are knowledgeable, service-minded, disciplined, emotionally strong, and superior communicators. • Self-motivated and able to self-manage out of a home office

• This is an agent driven business, so your ability to self-generate leads as well as build local relationships is key
• Organized and detail-oriented individual who values open and constant communication with their co-workers
• Teachable / Coachable – we have a proven system that our agents follow, which is why we have so many high producing agents in our company.  We do not ask our new agents to recreate the wheel, but to buy in to our proven methods and follow them closely.
