Full Desk Executive Recruiter:
We are currently in growth mode and are searching for goal-oriented, passionate individuals to join our award winning teams located in Nashville, TN, Wilmington, NC and Allentown, PA. This is an exciting career opportunity for driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Generating client business through your own lead generation methodologies
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Reviewing and understanding job requirements across specialized industries
- Using multiple techniques for sourcing high caliber talent in highly competitive markets
- Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
- Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
- Running a full life cycle recruiting desk from start to finish
- Matching great people with great companies
What we look for in a candidate:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing or direct sales with proven track record of success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- High level of motivation and drive to be successful
- Experience managing B2B relationships (preferred)
- Degree from an accredited college/university (preferred)
- A genuine desire to build a long term career and grow within our organization
- Comfort level with incentive based compensation plan
