JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Services & Marketing Associate provides operational, administrative, and marketing support to financial advisors.  This position is responsible for managing and implementing all marketing duties for the assigned team.  The Client Services & Marketing Associate provides excellent service to internal and external customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:     

  • Provide administrative support to Lead Advisor and Partner Advisors
  • Organize and sort emails and mail
  • Process client check deposits
  • Track and process client premium payments
  • Report and manage monthly expenses
  • Meet and maintain all compliance requirements
  • Assist with account opening and maintenance
  • Assist with processing forms and tracking until completed
  • Create, prepare, and send client communications (newsletters, mass emails/letters, blogs, holiday cards, etc.)
  • Plan, organize and execute client events (holiday dinners, educational seminars, etc.)
  • Manage and update website
  • Create and post content on social media platforms
  • Produce monthly marketing videos
  • Research and coordinate networking, marketing and sponsorship opportunities
  • Research, order and deliver client and staff gifts (birthdays, holidays, retirement, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • 1 year of experience in Event Planning
  • 1 year of experience in Marketing/Social Media Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to work in a traditional professional office setting or remote equivalent
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to effectively operate computer equipment, software systems and databases
  • Work schedule may vary and is determined by project schedules
  • Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment
  • Ability to communicate via telephone, computer and work in virtual teams
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Ability to travel using personal vehicle to other office locations as needed
  • The responsibilities may require occasional overnight travel
